Our Motivation
Addressing Ethical AI and Trust in the Creative Sectors
The motivation for this project stems from the rapid and often unregulated integration of AI technologies into the cultural and creative sectors, where deepfakes, automated content generation, and opaque AI tools increasingly threaten creative integrity, trust, and professional standards. Educators in VET and higher education are under growing pressure to address these challenges, yet often lack structured, practice-oriented frameworks to teach ethical AI, deepfake literacy, data protection, and intellectual property management in a coherent way. At the same time, labour market needs are evolving faster than curricula, creating a skills gap between education and real-world creative practice. This project is driven by the need to empower educators as key multipliers of change, enabling them to confidently integrate ethical and responsible AI use into their teaching, foster digital resilience among learners, and strengthen cross-border collaboration so that European education systems remain aligned with industry realities and emerging societal risks.
Aligning with Erasmus+ Priorities
This project directly supports key Erasmus+ priorities by promoting inclusion and diversity, ensuring trainers from diverse backgrounds gain the skills needed to support a broad range of learners. By focusing on AI literacy and EU policies, it empowers all participants to thrive in the digital economy. It also addresses digital transformation by enhancing AI-related competencies, equipping professionals to navigate the evolving creative industry. Furthermore, by aligning training with labor market needs, the project helps build a workforce ready for the AI-driven creative economy, fostering innovation and long-term adaptability.
Ensuring Impact Through Continuous Monitoring
Project partners actively track key qualitative and quantitative indicators to measure success and maximize impact. A Quality Assurance Plan, developed at the project’s start, outlines KPIs to evaluate progress across all activities, ensuring objectives are met effectively.
